Victor Sirelson is a fInancal modeling analyst & former dancer. He is the founder of Dancing Crane, Inc and continues to manage many things for the company. He is the chairman, president and treasurer of the board, appointed 1999

Davit Toprakashvili is self-employed as a building contractor, and advises us on issues related to our facilities. He is the director of the board, appointed 2015

Jeff Twine is a retired ecology specialist, and has been with our organization, on the board, since we incorporated. He is the director of the board, appointed 1999.

Teona Peradze is an accountant and our newest Board member. She is a board director, appointed 2025.

Inga Zhghenti is an Associate Professor of English Literature. She is a scholar in the English language and teaches English to individuals from Georgia. She is a board secretary, appointed 2025.
